Part holding way
Base surface will hold with pneumatic mirror by bearing from top and bottom holes. This way we may avoid deformation of part during welding, it will also be possible to get the part from the tray easily after welding.
Spot It is a support part which turns in parallel with part and pneumatic mirror and which has the same holding way with mirror but has 40mm stroke. Spot has 100 mm mechanical movement on the bearing it exists. Mechanical pre-adjustment will be available when the part is changed. The movement from transmission will be transferred to the spot via mirror  enabling the movement of spot to be in parallel with part holding.
Pipe bearing type Pipe to be welded is fixed via 2 fixed bearings from bottom and joint motioned pneumatic pressured 2 bearings at top.
Copy Pipe Welding System Movement received from mobile mirror is trasferred to torch movement in ½ ratio. In result, while pipe turns once, the centrifugal bearing of which torch is connected, turns twice.
Positioning in torch at X and Y axes Torch adjustment will be made 100mm in X axis and 100mm in Y axis and torch connection part will be appropriate to turn the torch angularly enabling it to give   0-90° movement.
Control panel All the controls of the welding machines will be trasferred to main panel. Will be made with rotating motor 1/40 reduction and 1.5 KVA motor. Rotation control will be made via ATV18U 41 Telemeaniq inverter. Down/up movement of welding torches, spot and mirror movements, shaft pressure piston and rotation movement can be controlled from the panel manually and can also be controlled under PLC control via the buttons moved onto the line .
