Loading fixture There are 8 fixtures available for 4 different types. Fixture is a system on which the base surfaces are positioned by centralizing pins and  which is compressed pneumatically by affixing a 31.8 mm radius pipe placed on half bearing. Loading – discharging period should be completed within maximum 6 sec.
Fixture changing Fixture assembly will be made via dismantling and reassembling of 6 bolts by 16 allen wrenches.
Welding position 4 pcs of 300 amp. air cooled welding machines and torches are used. Whole torches, in pairs, can make maximum 700 mm welding, one of the pairs is connected to one system and the other is connected to another system. Welding, can be cancelled or its movement can be controlled from the main control desk, according to operator’s choice.
Transfer tray 1/90 cyc/min. Reductor and 2.2 KVA motor controlled. Is controlled via ATV41U telemeqanic motor drive. By its inverter feature, it will begin at high speed at start up and will stop at the required 180° by passing to lower second speed and the mechanical tray lock will be made.
Control system Control of welding machines, wire speed, wire backward-forward transmission and adjustment of welding speed will be made on the panel. Via test function button, the required welding position and movement controls will be applied easily, during torch adjusting of pre-welding. Whole system will be PLC controlled.
